Key Responsibilities: • Design, supervise and implement solutions focusing on Building management system (NetxAutomation BMS Platform) • Developing a sequence of operations to effectively execute different system. • Commissions the whole systems (Lutron/KNX/C-BUS/DALI/NetxAutomation) from panel assembly, network and system configuration, fine tuning of settings in accordance with engineering quality standards. • Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with Customer • Troubleshoot and repair system installations while working at customer job sites • Coordinate with on-site contractors and facility managers to ensure proper system installation• Focus on lifecycle product service (troubleshooting, repair, training end-users, and upgrades). • Perform integration of ABB Automation equipment (Protocols; IEC61850, DNP3, Modbus); ( PLC, HMI, IED, Protection Relays, Gateways, Modbus device, Controller, IO Modules)• Perform configuration and programming using ABB software platform(ABB Control Builder M Software, 800xA Interface)• Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs, reports on, recommends & performs service and technical support.• Perform installation and commissioning of equipment• Interprets diagrams/schematic/Signal List (Electrical Diagrams, Floor Plan, GA drawing, Manuals and IO List)• Perform IO signal testing using basic electrical concept and voltage/current injection• Perform soft signal testing from Intelligent Electronic Device such as Switchgear Relay, Third Party device (Allen Bradley/Schneider Electric) via Modbus protocol.• Lead the team for functional testing of 69kV Synchronization, 13.8kV Synchronization and Load shedding• Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)/Site Acceptance Test (SAT), testing and commissioning of the system• Handle and manage contractors prior to project implementation and activities in meeting client’s expectation and project close-out

• Supervises project planning, and implementation of SCADA modifications and close-out to support system changes; and, to deliver the project within the clients' expectations respectively.• Creating the scope of work; reviewing engineering designs and contractor submittals; leading pre-bid meetings; inputting requisitions into systems; and attending project meetings.• Commissions and integrates the whole SCADA systems, and designs the panel assembly during project implementation in order to provide the correct settings and specifications needed for successful testing in accordance with engineering quality standards.• Proficient in (Protocols; IEC61850, DNP3, Modbus, Profibus); (SCADA Components: RTU, DCS, PLC, HMI, IED, Protection Relays, Gateways)• Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs, reports on, recommends & performs service of SCADA, instrumentation, motor controls, and process analyzer.• Handle and manage contractors prior to project implementation and activities in meeting client’s expectation and project close-out.

• Overall supervision of project design and implementation over assigned areas and delivery of project with client’s satisfaction.• Creates and review Bill of Materials/Quantity prior to project requirement and cost management.• Perform actual Site Survey prior to project implementation of Aerial/Underground installation of cable.• Creates 2D/3D Design drawing for FTTH/HFC/GPON projects under certain clients (PLDT, Converge, Huawei, Globe)• Creates and verify (Schematic Diagram/Single Line Diagram/Cable Duct Schematic).• Supervise and manage people on site-works (Pole installation, Manhole placement, Cable Laying/Pulling, Cable Splicing and Testing)• Manages and provides solutions over project’s commercial or technical issues.• Monitors project timeline/schedule and attend meeting with clients.• Perform documentation and report for overall project’s and project turn-over to client.

• Prepare overall submittal documents in compliance to project’s requirements• Creates Bill of Materials/Quantity prior to project requirement and cost management.• Verify Site Survey done by Foreign Contactor prior to project implementation of Aerial/Underground installation of cable.• Creates 2D/3D Design drawing for FTTH/HFC/GPON projects under certain clients.• Creates and verify (Schematic Diagram/Single Line Diagram/Cable Duct Schematic).• Creates As-built Design prior to actual implementation on site.• Manages and provides solutions over project’s commercial or technical issues.• Monitors project timeline/schedule and attend meeting with clients.• Perform documentation and report for overall project’s and project turn-over to client.

•Performs various general engineering function such as SCADA, testing and field survey using such software required by the company.
