About Efraim Setyayudha
Graduated as Mechanical Engineer - Design and Manufacture specialist but Robotic Engineer by career path. Since my childhood I have developed interest in robot, start from tokusatsu and superhero movies, wondering if one day I will be able to create my own robot. I have graduated in 2015 and having my first job as Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. After 2 years I moved back to my hometown and switch my career path mostly as a Manufacturing Plant Maintenance. Been in this role for almost 5 years, I returned to mechanical research and development role in 2022 for two different companies. After almost a year in my recent company, I assigned to a new role as a Robotic Engineer. Mostly I am integrating various robotic and automation system for food and beverage purpose such as V60 brewing robot, latte art robot and palm sugar coffee barista. With almost 10 years work experience I am familiar with 3D and 2D CAD software such as CATIA, Solidworks, Inventor and AutoCAD, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Overall Equipment Efectiveness (OEE) Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Yellow Belt certified), QCC 7 tools and Continuous Improvement. In my spare time I do some 3D printing and rapid prototyping activities thus I also familiar with recent Additive Manufacturing technology especially Fuse Deposition Modeling 3D printing and Stereolytography modeling.
