The MBS SC Business Support Manager will be accountable for supporting 6-8 Business Support Leads in the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of North America, the biggest sector in PepsiCo, including PFNA, PBNA & PFC operations.

*Support a team of Business Analytics leaders in the execution of reporting, scorecarding, data management, training materials, presentation creation in support of the PFNA & PBNA operations. *Responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the business support operations. *Delivery of department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success.

• Lead business intelligence, Manpower Planning, and ERP Ops. departments o Guidance on 12 engineers in three (3) areas o Support the creation of manpower planning department (2017)• Company performance improvements by creating KPIs and develop dashboards tracking methodology: o Execute scaling-up methodology to define quarterly strategy o Follow up 3-6 KPI´s per area o Analyze data & identify trends through statistical tools o Show results periodically to CEO/Directors for an effective decision taken o Track 2-4 improvement projects per area/quarter• Support the development of burning reports to track operations department o Monitoring process for KPIs improved per maintenance line • Support the development of Periodic Business Review of customers successfully: o Effective information analysis per airline considering four main drivers: HSE, Quality, TAT & Finance o Elevate impact during offsite attendance by presenting concrete results • Do post mortem analysis of all services attended o Lead multidisciplinary teams to determine the root cause of late release using 8D´s o Establish an improved process to track and implement best practices and lessons learned o Created a quotation process for new customer induction and database to agile analysis o Historical data effectively evaluated using a probabilistic model to define the best scenario o Work close with directors to validate the financial impact of scenarios

• Project improvement development actions emphasized to company drivers: Safety, Quality, TAT & Finance• Project activities assigned considering the engineer’s expertise• Lead workouts with “tiger” teams which activities includes: o Define responsible per department and the use of DMAIC to guide the project o Develop KPIs and process them before to deliver to the responsible area o Present results to managers and directors weekly

• Leaded business performance department for 3 OpCos: USA, Mexico & El Salvador facilities• Business intelligence development activities for maintenance & supply chain; some task includes: o Standardization of metrics through the OpCos o Create and implement dashboards in three (3) OpCos o Work closely with IT to automate data & show on a daily basis to corporate directors• Created executive presentations to inform results based on accurate data analysis by identifying trends per OpCo• Support other OpCo to replicate methods of project improvement and best practices with PMO
