Direct the architecture and engineering team towards achieving high priority customer initiatives. Analyze the overall IT infrastructure blueprint and design system architecture integrating the platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise. Develop and implement processes for system and network administration focusing on industry best practices, social engineering, intrusion detection, intrusion prevention, and disaster recovery. Lead systems transformation initiatives to modernize and transform the systems focusing on security, scalability and performance, increasing operational efficiencies and decreasing downtime and costs. Triage and troubleshoot complex technical problems with server performance, Windows Active Directory, domain trusts, network connectivity and email for class and un-class users.Key Achievements:• Documented requirement specifications designed and implemented a new un-class network for users including configuring active directory, DHCP, VDI, DNS, STIGS settings, domain controllers, member servers and workstations leading to obtaining the “Authority to Operate” (ATO).• Implemented a three-tier windows PKI for un-class and class users; configured auto-enrollment for servers, workstations and domain controllers.• Deployed SCCM infrastructure including agents, external WSUS, software update points and distribution points for two new builds classified and unclassified systems. Configured reporting services creating dashboards and improving visibility for customers.• Configured asset intelligence collecting data on software installed on hosts reporting into SCCM enabling customers to make informed decisions on software maintenance costs and software license renewals.• Implemented base-line security measures mitigating security risks and vulnerabilities for all servers.• Deployed a Privileged Access Management solution to enable the customer to provide restricted access to all Privileged accounts in the environment.
