Member of the Cisco Advanced Services LATAM UC, Video and Contact Center Practices responsible for the support and delivery of Advanced Services to Latin American accounts.--Partner with AS LATAM teammates to provide remote or onsite support executing all phases of project delivery, including network design, staging, implementation, handover, migration, and troubleshooting for UC technologies.-- Perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems including Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.--Perform analysis of highly complex Unified Communications and Collaboration solution designs.--Build simulated networks in test labs to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issues.--Generate standard project documentation including detailed test plan for highly complex networks.--Leverage and contribute to Virtual Teams.--Generate Unified Communications and Collaboration network configurations from Low Level Design for highly complex networks.--Work with account teams and service account tams supporting pre-sales activity for highly complex networks.--Plan and execute highly complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity.--Lead solution design workshop.--Assist customer with deployment and strategy of highly complex tools and related Network Management Systems.--Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies.--Act as a focal point for highly complex network problem resolution.--Provide training to other NCEs as well as real-time escalation response for support issues.--Own responsibility for driving regional Advanced Services projects.
