Efrain Orengo possesses the knowledge related to civil engineering field with technical degrees in the areas of construction and delineation. Potentially developed at his first stage, working as a supervisor of municipal public works at the municipality of Yauco in which he was directly in charge of requisitions, procurement and project development under federal programs. Extensive experience was developed over the last 20 years in the field of private enterprise, serving as supervisor, general manager and even as a corporate president.
