- I collaborated in the consolidation of ceramic Inkjet technology, supervising a team of 48 people, managing production, quality, process engineering, planning and maintenance sections of the plant, as well as the relationship with other areas such as EHS, Purchasing, HR, etc.- Successfully involved in the execution of 3 major modification projects of the production plant (design, commissioning and start-up), to achieve the required level of safety, quality, costs and production ratios. I also carried out the commissioning and start-up of the Suzhou (China, 2013) and Villagran (Mexico, 2011) plants, also serving as a consultant for them since the beginning.- I was responsible for managing operating costs and plant budgets, managing an operational budget of about € 5M / year.- I improved the technology of the machinery used in the plant, to optimize performance and durability, working closely with the manufacturers of the equipment, and reducing maintenance costs.

- I supervised the operations of the extinguishing equipment manufacturing plant, with a team of 8 operators and one supervisor.

- As the head of a team of 14 people, including operators, supervisors and quality analysts, I managed the operations of the specialty gases plant, to meet delivery dates and maintain the required quality and safety standards.

- Responsible of guarantee quality of the finished product and packaging materials, as well as supporting other plants of the Andean group (Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador) and external clients. I also participated in quality assurance audits, ISO9000 and customer audits.
