I have worked in the property management field since 2006, and have grown from a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Manager, Property Manager to working as a Training Specialist for both a property management company and top leading industry vendors. I truly enjoy working with people, seeing employees grow and learn. Working as a Team Lead in a call center I also gained the experience of managing teams of 20 plus employees, hiring employees, dismissing employees, and giving great feedback during annual reviews and quality assurance sessions. I have also learned many different systems that are used to run a property, run a call center, and run a successful property management company. I can easily adapt to any software and I am a quick learner. My team player personality allows me to bring positive energy to any company along with satisfactory work. I am willing to relocate if needed.
