Proficient core skills as a EKMS COMSEC Manager, Technical Control Manager, and Video Teleconference (VTC) Manager, with 15yrs active experience on various DOD and Civilian Sector platforms.I am comfortable with structured communications suites, COMSEC databases, long haul point –to-point links, and network operations such as large Earth terminal sites or Mobile suites. I served as Subject Matter Expert(SME) and manage a 10 personnel team responsible for all Tandberg, Polycom, Networking and VoIP. Retired/23 years military service in US NAVY, Senior Enlisted. Commands included submarines, major telecommunications stations, and major Flag Command & Control Ships. Experienced in the maintenance and operation of a wide variety of transmission, networking components including: fiber optic switches, routers, LAN environments, WAN environments, first and second level multiplexers, Video Teleconference Systems Tandberg, Video Communications Server, and Polycom).
