Proficient core skills as a EKMS COMSEC Manager, Technical Control Manager, and Video Teleconference (VTC) Manager, with 15yrs active experience on various DOD and Civilian Sector platforms.I am comfortable with structured communications suites, COMSEC databases, long haul point –to-point links, and network operations such as large Earth terminal sites or Mobile suites. To the extent that the position requires analysis of captured data, spread sheets and on-line/off-line testing, I have specific experience in these areas. On the analysis side, I was the Technical Control Manager for a U.S. Naval Telecommunications Master Station’s communication facility.
