I am Thomas Efrem, currently I am an undergraduate student at the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, with a major in Marketing and management. As well as a minor in economics. I possess three and a half years of sales experience, inventory management, marketing products, and cash management. I also have three years’ experience in customer service. Since I am bilingual and speak both English and Amharic I have experience in diverse customer backgrounds. I also work well in fast-paced work environments. I have worked as an assistant manager for three and a half years, and as a sales person for two years. During this time, I learned marketing strategies to move products as efficiently as possible, while also keeping track of inventory. I also learned to manage other employees to make sure they are kept on task.
