As a member of the New Hire Logistics (NHL) team, the main focus of my role, is to provide information and assistance to our customers for anything related to the IT assets of their new hires. Whether engaging other teams to provide status, follow up escalations, reach out directly the customer or support teams, the NHL team makes sure the IT assets are available on new hire's day 1.Some of the achievements I have being part of, are:--Provide information to HR/Staffing/Onboarding teams regarding the scope of the NHL program. Assist them with general question they may have of our process.--Help Hiring Managers to understand what is and what is not included in our scope, and if possible, provide guidance related to their requirements.--Collaborate with other teams, such as local IT team, Ordering/Procurement teams, to ensure that when an escalation is received for he status of an order, we provide accurate information. --Collaborate with our support team, whenever there is a technical issue in the portal we use to generate the orders for the IT assets.--Participated in the process, meetings and follow ups for the Spin-off companies.--Collaborate in the creation of reports and metrics of our team's performance, that are presented to the leadership.--Be part of the process to expand the scope our program to other countries and bands.--Become the co-POC for the NHL program, after the team lead moved to another company.

--Engage global teams such as AT&T, Verizon, Telmex, Capgemini, Wipro, Remedy, SAP, Business focals and Site/ESUP support teams, to name a few, in order to provide assistance to the end users, who have raised high and critical incidents that affect a large number or users or complete sites around the world.--Follow up on the cases that our team works on, assuring the right teams are engaged, and the resolution process is properly followed, so an incident can be resolved in the optimal amount of time.--Follow up and maintain the list of contacts used by the BR/MIM team to engage the teams we work with, by reaching out to their leads and keeping records of their information.--Provide assistance to my new teammates so they adhere to the process our team has in place.--Setup and drive calls with tech teams, end users, business focals, vendors, in order to expedite the resolution/get better understanding, of the incidents raised by the end users.--Work with/assist Service Desk and DistOps agents, for issues they are working on, and provide guidance about the teams that can be contacted regarding issues raised by end users.
