Since the year I turned 15, I have always been passionate for delicious food and gourmet cooking which has resulted in me being in the kitchen, always cooking with the best. Most of my knowledge has come from the lovely ladies in my life: my mother, grandmother and aunt. Starting in the restaurant industry as a young father, I learned from a good friend to always provide outstanding guest service, to go above and beyond for my guests, and to be the best in the pack. It wasn’t long before I got into management and received phenomenal training from the companies that shared the same values and passion I have for the business. In 2013, I started exploring recipes as a project and by late 2015 sitting at home with my family it came to me: people that love food as much as I do are usually filled with hectic schedules and are always on the run and need someone to cater to their needs with a gourmet touch that can’t be replicated without the freshest ingredients and upmost patience. Talking to my family one day, I let them know my plans and was excited at the buzz I received from them. Instantly we started to work toward building an amazing set of original recipes that captured our vision of gourmet food.
