I write programs for CNC Router machines and CNC Waterjet machines, I generate programs in 2D and 3D by CAD / CAM, Enrouter 5,Artcam 2018,Alphacam 2017, Mastercam 2017, and Flow 7, Surfcam 15 for water machines based on design.To create files of dxf and 3d helped me with autocad 2018 and solidwork 2017..Due to the nature of the company, every day is different due to the constant type of clients..I know how to open solid models, step files, Iges files, reading plans, sketches, drawings, GD & T, geometry createdCreated all surfaces, such as inclined surfaces, rotated surfaces, displaced surfaces, swept surfaces, draft surface, extruded surface, fillet surface, cutting surface, etc.The modified tools are then encoded for CNC, the last step double check the CNC programs NC that are read, make sure everything is fine. Configuration sheet of created details, lists of tools and CNC machines.Operated CNC routers or waterjet, optimize and repair CNC programs to reduce waste. Maintain constant production and finished measure and verify that the pieces of the products to obtain the correct shapes, dimensions and other specifications with the use of Micrometer, Vernier Calibrator, Depth Micrometer, etc.Trouble shooting and repairing equipment when not working properly in addition to identifying root causes of problems and resolving without supervisionUse of material constantly changes daily basis, different plastics, metals and woods, I learned that stress is my best friend

Work from work orders, routers, prints, program file (DXF),(NC), job procedures, machine manuals and instructions:1. Review work orders and related paperwork to plan C.N.C. equipment setups, pull machine tools as specified .2. Select, load and test program, modify program and make necessary machine feel, speed and axis point adjustments.3. Set up equipment, install tools and fixtures, make machine control settings, run first piece sample parts, check for required specifications and run job.4. Monitor machine operation and check parts throughout run and make necessary adjustments to ensure part specification and quality standards are maintained.5. Replace, reset tools when necessary.6. Troubleshoot problems, respond to alarm, retrace program to locate problem and make necessary corrections.8. Set-up for night run, load machine and table, check tooling,and run test piece.9. Unload machine and table from night run, check product quality and place materials in proper pallets.Use micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring machine, hand power tools, forklift and hand tools.
