Oversee the operations of 12 Multifamily and 5 Elderly projects, all subsidized by Federal Agencies programs such as HUD Section 8 and USDA Rural Development RRH 515. I make sure they all comply with their respective subsidy regulations, as well with the IRS Section 42 LIHTC program. Oversee each project compliance with OSHA and ADA regulations and guidelines. Give support to Administrators in each facility on any of their subsidy programs. Train new personnel.

Supervision of daily activities and operations in Multifamily Housing Project subsidized by USDA Rural Development. Oversee rent collection, maintenance repairs in dwellings as well as preventive maintenance in whole property of 99 units.Supervise work of 5 colleagues, respond to inquiries, complaints of residents, and address them accordingly. Make sure project was in compliance with IRS Section 42 LIHTC, with ADA, Section 504 and with USDA Rural Development RRH 515 program.

Supervise and overview daily Operations. Collect rent from customers, prepare daily collection reports, Preparation of Monthly Report for accounting Purposes. Provide service to tenant with problems in their dwellings. Maintain an parts inventory for repairs. Responsible for the curb appeal of the property. Responsible for the income elegibility requirements for new tenants. Periodically revise that all ADA accesibility requirements are met in all property and dwellings and keep up with changes to the laws as well as Fair Housing Laws.
