Another contract position that mainly shifted between project management and managing various aspects of the studio's workflow.As the Creative Manager, I was responsible for managing various projects for key clients, providing a clear and easy dialogue between designers, suppliers and clients to keep projects on pace and on time.My other focus was helping implement standards and protocols into the team's daily workflow. This included time tracking, project journaling, standardizing file management practices and finding small ways to provide greater clarity of project details. I was also able to implement a recognition/incentive program to help boost team morale and further strengthen the company's culture.

I was brought on board on a contractual basis to help with full development and execution of a client's brand. This included user research, logo creation, creation of brand guidelines, packaging design, blog and landing page designs, social media strategy and design and strategy for other various customer touch points.Also helped on other projects to help keep timelines on pace, as well as contributed in group thinks for various client projects.

Provided Visual Communications, Marketing Support and Creative Thinking for our Travel Team, all the while blazing a path with our Marketing Squad for what independent travel agencies can and should be doing.
