I was in charge of implementing a new sales process and keeping track of set goals for sales, newleads, recurring sales, the sales force agenda and follow-up in the company’s CRM software.I make sure that all the sales sub-processes documents are up to date. In this position I formed a 5 members development team with a Scrum approach. I started this company together with three other people. I visited our prospective clients to assess their software requirements and offer them the best possible solution. I also served as project manager and I was in charge of assembling the development team in several occasions. I was in charge of naming the company and I established the initial brand’s online presence in social media channels like Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, I was in charge in coming up with the SEO for the first version of the website and made first contact with several bloggers to give our brand online exposure.

In this position I have managed maintenance and support tasks for over 10 different software products, with 6 people reporting directly to me. The goal of my department was to fix bugs reported by end-users as well as developing improvements required by our clients. Amongst our clients you can find Quadrant Information Services, GNP and Corporacion del Fuerte (a regional Coca-Cola bottler).

The role involved assisting the head of partnerships to do research about potential new partners for the club as well as creating profiles for each potential partner.

Initially the role consisted of helping top management to restructure the administrative part of the company; then I acquired more responsibilities that included being in charge of communicating new policies and procedures, planning payments for staff, vendors and utilities, managing the company’s knowledge base and dealing with some minor HR tasks involving negotiation between staff and top management.
