Contact settlement agent’s and work with them to complete the closing processes by obtain closing related documents needed to complete loan file Contacts and reviews the Closing Disclosure and requirements with customer, Schedules and meets closing dates, closes and funds loan. Regularly and consistently communicates with customer, settlement agent and sales partner. Closing gives me great experience with a customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues and needs, and recommend solutions.
