Wrote a complete implementation of the Mapbox Vector Tile Specification in C++. Reduced frequency of significant outages by over 85%, with only 1 in my final 6 months.Mentored and onboarded more than a dozen other engineers via the Bootcamp program. Data feeds provided team rosters as well as live and historical statistics. Players build teams daily from numerous leagues as well as international competitions and can watch statistical performance live.Product was deployed in multiple production environments and operated standalone as well as heavily integrated with international gaming partners. Multi-lingual, multi-currency development with cash play available in several countries including US and UK. Required coordination of MS Access, MS SQL Server, Visual Basic and AS/400 systems. Developed several automation tools to dramatically reduce time and effort required for most tasks.Initiated and co-developed large enrollment transaction system, related to above responsibilities. System was built with Visual Basic, MS Access and SQL Server to provide real-time reporting and lookup functionality.
