Nearly 39 years of experience with KPMG (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.), assignments included NYC; Tokyo, Japan (3 years); and Washington, DC as the lead audit engagement partner for significant global financial services clients. Later assumed professional practice duties in KPMG's national office as partner in charge of risk management and quality control for KPMG US. Responsible for registering KPMG with the PCAOB. Subsequently transferred to KPMG International as the Chief Operating Officer for Quality and Risk Mangement for the KPMG global network of over 140 member firms.
