I am a highly motivated professional with excellent experience in food and water microbiological testing and scientific research in life sciences. My academic background in Biology (BSc) and Food Science (MSc) has helped me to thoroughly understand each of the methods I apply in the laboratory and to gain troubleshooting abilities. I have 10 years lab experience, where I have developed excellent organisation, communication, teamwork and lab managing skills while I had the opportunity to train and supervise staff up to 5 scientists.Having worked at UKAS accredited laboratory gave me sound knowledge of Quality Systems and accreditation procedures as well as developed my ability to follow SOPs, produce quality results and keep accurate documentation. I am reliable, able to work under pressure and pay attention to detail. I am keen to learn new methods within the bio-science sector and explore new challenges.
