About Elise Suronen

Click "Follow" 🔝 or hit the 🔔 if... you are part of the Regenerative Movement!- Are you craving to better understand the living systems model?- Are you longing to embody the regenerative paradigm? - Are you ready to deep dive into yourself to understand how the mechanistic mindset has impacted you, and learn how you can begin to shift it?Ready to truly get to know yourself so that you can boldly be a Regenerative Leader? If any of the above speak to you, then I invite you keep reading...I believe that truly impact the world; we first must know and take care of ourselves. Rumi said it best,"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself." I am dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves because our society is so externally focused that we have forgotten who we are at our core. Some say (and I agree) that we are hurting our planet because we don't like ourselves. Think about it. No one hates dolphins or clean water. So why are we polluting this world? It is an internal issue. An issue within ourselves, each and every one of us, as humans. To be Regenerative Leaders, we need to know our internal landscape and personal needs to bolster ourselves against the 'programs' of the current paradigm. I realized the power of the coaching process and how its true essence (when practiced correctly) is a regenerative process that opens a client up to their own sensing process and ultimately to their own emergence. Part of my process includes high accountability, as well as, personal regenerative principles, so my clients reconnect with their inner authority.

  • Wyld Within
    Founder
Wyld Within Dec 2023 - Present
    California, United States
I exist to guide individuals through their personal regenerative journey,in a way that honors and synchronizes their unique outer and inner-self,so that they feel emboldened to be their true self, thus supporting their communities and the planet in their unique way.I do this by: 1) Creating containers for change makers to gather and develop the necessary skills, being-ship and mindsets in order to co-create a healthier future for all.2) I offer one-on-one guidance (ICF coaching) and consulting to individuals who are ready to truly shift from the mechanistic to the living systems model through the exploration of it through their personal self. Leadership comes from within; therefore, in order to lead others we must be able to lead ourselves first. To shift others (organizations), we must learn how to shift our self. This work allows empathy, patience and understanding to grow, thus will help a regenerative leader on their journey to make the larger ripples down the road.3) I am developing a series of group coaching programs for those who want to get their feet wet and begin to bring their awareness to the patterns of living system on the scale of a human. Click the bell at the top of my profile to be notified when I release more information about these programs.
