I exist to guide individuals through their personal regenerative journey,in a way that honors and synchronizes their unique outer and inner-self,so that they feel emboldened to be their true self,thus supporting their communities and the planet in their unique way.I do this by: 1) Creating containers for change makers to gather and develop the necessary skills, being-ship and mindsets in order to co-create a healthier future for all.2) I offer one-on-one guidance (ICF coaching) and consulting to individuals who are ready to truly shift from the mechanistic to the living systems model through the exploration of it through their personal self. Leadership comes from within; therefore, in order to lead others we must be able to lead ourselves first. To shift others (organizations), we must learn how to shift our self. This work allows empathy, patience and understanding to grow, thus will help a regenerative leader on their journey to make the larger ripples down the road.3) I am developing a series of group coaching programs for those who want to get their feet wet and begin to bring their awareness to the patterns of living system on the scale of a human. • Secured $739,872 through the 2022 CWA 319(h) NonPoint Source Grant Program for the Marin Resource Conservation District from the California State Water Board and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. • Coordinated a $290,000 federal grant program that brought together three organizations to develop a cutting-edge soil health curriculum, and conduct 12 workshops and webinars. • Guided a >$650,000 project in collaboration with five partners (federal, state, nonprofit and private entities) to reduce greenhouse gases, save 3,6500,000 gal of water a year and protect water quality. • Co-created Regen Score Alliance during the accelerator phase facilitated the Lexicon and supported by Food at Google to create a market-driven model to rapidly expand regenerative agriculture. • Assisted the San Diego Carbon Farm Task Force with grant writing.

• Managed the organization’s largest program overseeing a total of >$6.6 million grant dollars from 11 different funding organizations to improve water quality and enhance habitat. • Implemented the project management of >50 highly-collaborative restoration projects from start to finish and close out of budget and contracts with high stakeholder satisfaction.• Directed all activities for the construction of a $3.3 million-dollar stream enhancement project, which helped contribute to the return of an endangered species to the local watershed. • Spearheaded project coordination and communication efforts with cross-functional teams of five to nine members: including engineers, planners, scientists, permitting agencies and client.• Coordinated and conducted troubleshooting sessions with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams decreasing project delays and maintaining partner trust.• Supervised timelines, project objectives, and budget to ensure on-time, on-target. implementation with less than $100s of dollars left in the grant budget prior to termination. • Wrote five awarded grant proposals totaling >$3 million and assisted in the development of six granted public and private proposals. • Managed all aspects of grant deliverable completion for seven different multi-year grants: strategy, design, permitting, consultant and contractor sourcing and onboarding, stakeholder communications, data analysis and monitoring.• Strategized future phases of the program based on grant priorities and client needs, extending the program for an additional six years. • Mentored and onboarded two new employees and assisted in the interviewing process. • Trained new program manager on the organization’s program management processes• Presented to the Board of Directors during public meetings on a monthly basis. • Developed and negotiated over 50 landowner agreements and hundreds of vendor contracts.

- Researched burning as a restoration tool for an endemic species in low elevation ponderosa pine forests.- Collaborated with federal and state agencies, as well as private landowners, to design a research experiment that would assess present management actions.- Participated in stakeholders meetings with private landowners, federal and state agencies.- Lead two teams field technicians: creating schedules, delegating tasks and meeting deadlines.- Mentored an intern through her senior project.

- Maintained and collected data from LTER (Long Term Experimental Research) plots for projects funded by the National Science Foundation including: Experimental Manipulations of Snow-Shrub Interactions, and Arctic Plant Community Response to Neighbor Removal and Fertilization. - Responsible for managing and analyzing the 2008 data. - Took initiative to streamline the compatibility between seasonal databases and improved the data set formatting for statistical analysis. - Field duties also contributed to the study called Understanding Arctic Shrub Expansion in Gates of the Arctic National Park, which is funded by the National Park Service.

Completed a research project titled, Purple sea urchins, Strongylocentrotus purpuratus, avoid sunlight despite food availability. Provided support for activities within the Adams’ Lab. - Followed stringent scientific protocol, exercised solid teamwork, kept a close eye on the details and remained reliable. - Provided recommendations and design assistance to lab members with power point and poster presentations. - Volunteered to setup and speak at outreach events to the community, potential Cal Poly students and chief donors.

- Supervised and created lesson plans for a total 17 cognitive retention workshops, as a full-time undergraduate student. - Each workshop averaged about 15 college students. - Successfully facilitated collaborative working relationships, which helped produce a conductive learning environment for her students. Completed program training and earned certification from the College Reading and Learning Association. - Established an advisory role due to her experience leading workshops, during weekly mandatory meetings. 90% of her students scored proficient in the course material.

- Provided administrative and instructional support to the professor of the Invertebrate Zoology course. - Collected, handled and maintained local California marine invertebrates for the laboratory portion of the course. - Helped familiarized students with course material both inside the laboratory classroom and outside on field trips.

- Requested to come back for a second season of data collection for a habitat connectivity project in the Bighorn Crags, ID. - Successfully directed a three-person crew through the backcountry. - Maintained moral and motivated the crew to accomplish necessary tasks in the rough outdoor conditions. - Coordinated the daily schedule in order to ensure that targeted lakes were surveyed and that herpetology data was collected.

- Chosen to participate in the Cal Poly Biological Sciences Department's Summer Research Experience for Undergraduate Students. - Assisted in launching a habitat fragmentation study to evaluate conservation practices for amphibians. - This project focused on Columbia Spotted Frogs in the remote wilderness of Idaho.
