As Manager Procurement Excellence & Direct Operational Purchasing, I am responsible for three Operative Purchasing teams, Strategic Purchasing and Process Center teams. I have led the operative purchasing organization through a transformation from a Service Center to a Center of Excellence. I have overseen the optimization of procurement processes, workflows, and systems, enhancing operational efficiency.

As Interim Head of Lufthansa Technik Procurement & Supply Management, I have overseen the growth of the department from 160 to 220 people. I was responsible for the governance, strategic leadership, stakeholder management and budgeting of the department.

As a Team Leader Process Center Corporate Purchasing, I have led a team responsible for supporting supplier management and negotiation projects with reports, tooling, managing supplier and contract information.

As a Group Purchasing Manager, I have conducted negotiation projects to secure favourable terms for Lufthansa Technik in regard to repair of aircraft components. I was involved in the design, development and optimization of processes, methods and tooling for negotiation and tender projects.

As a Purchasing Specialist, I have analysed supplier contracts, created data analysis and reporting. I have supported a variety of tender projects where I have been the point of contact for participating suppliers, and I have helped manage and organize the projects.

I have been involved in different projects and my main responsibility has been the conduction of research on practical and theoretical topics. These topics range from Accounting, Financing and Marketing to Business Development, Sustainable Development and Project Management. Due to the short lifetimes of some projects I have learned to perform under pressure.

My main activities at Skein included development, planning and implementation of a new customer acquisition channel. My day-to-day activities included cold calling potential customers and offering them Skein’s services, as well as structuring and improving the sales process.

During my internship in Mobility Media GmbH I have been able to apply wide range of theoretical knowledge into practice. I have supported international partner acquisitions, the creation of expansion strategies and customer segmentation analysis.

During the internship in Bosch I have gathered first-hand experience in the field of Marketing. Furthermore, I have gained a deep understanding of the Automotive industry. I have supported a big international project which has helped me broaden my cultural experience.
