Current- Fully responsible for HR function, strategic planning process on corporate level and strategic HR management, with extensive cross functional collaboration with executives and business leaders - SAP HCM Implementation Project – PD, TEM, FI-TM Team & Project Module manager - Design, implementation and managing Alkaloid Talent management system(Performance management, personal development, talent acquisition initiatives, internship programs, succession plannin - Design, implementation and managing of a strategic workforce planning program- Design, implementation and managing Alkaloid’s Young talents program (dual education and Internship programs with two Universities and 3 high schools, 7 Faculties)- Creating, managing, implementing curtail HR processes within the company: Recruiting and Selection (including creation of interactive Career web based Application), Training and personnel development, Talent Management (Performance Management system, Succession Planning, Personal development programs, Benefits and rewarding systems, KPI’s and HR metrics, internal communication (initiation of internal quarterly magazine “Health above all”)- Design and managing implementation of WOA (Web based online career application solution) - Responsible for HR Change management processes- Creation of strategic documents: Code of Business conduct & Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, ESG strategy and report, DEI Policy, AlkaSpeakUp channel(http://www.alkaloid.com.mk/content/Pdf/Code_of_ethical_and_corporate_conduct.pdf;http://www.alkaloid.com.mk/content/Pdf/Social_responsibility_policy_of_Alkaloid_AD.pdf)- Responsible for HR market access process, change management process- Acting as fully supportive HR business partner, focused on Macedonian, Ukrainian, Russian, Albanian, Kosovo and Bulgaria markets/daughter companies and utilization and alignment of HR business processes
