Sante Ventures is a venture capital fund engaged in early stage life science investments in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare IT, healthcare services, and healthcare enabled robotics and AI.I built and maintained financial models for the fund, including exit waterfalls & liquidations, pro forma financings, deal terms analysis (probability weighted NPVs, milestone valuations, etc) and company valuations.
