Performed due diligence and supported deal execution for Excel's investments in 4 healthcare companies (2 biotech, 1 digital health, 1 diagnostic). Conducted primary research with customers and management, assessed competitive landscape, built and modeled liquidation payout scenarios, and drafted investment memo.Interfaced with portfolio companies across biotech, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health sectors. Provided management and board members with strategic support including workforce optimization, market analysis, and business development.

Sante Ventures is a venture capital fund engaged in early stage life science investments in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, healthcare IT, healthcare services, and healthcare enabled robotics and AI.I built and maintained financial models for the fund, including exit waterfalls & liquidations, pro forma financings, deal terms analysis (probability weighted NPVs, milestone valuations, etc) and company valuations. I also aided in deal screening, conducted due diligence, researched markets for prospective and existing investments, assisted portfolio companies and a variety of other tasks for portfolio management and deal execution.
