Fort Ross Ventures is an International VC firm investing in US, IL and EU geographies.I'm responsible for the overall investment process: deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management, investment team management.In this capacity I participate in setting up and running two funds investing in US and Israeli startups. I developed a top-down approach to funnel building and invested in 25+ growth-stage startups some of which exited with significant profit, while the others are still in the funds’ portfolio.Overall, I was responsible for GP management process:- Portfolio management (all jurisdictions)- Pipeline development (incl. sourcing, funnel management, preparation of investment materials, carrying legal and financial due diligence etc.)- Investor relations (quarterly and annual LP reporting, investor meetings)I built up and supervised the investment team and was reporting directly to managing partners.

Direct investments in a wide range of industries including TMT, Financials and Transportation.I was responsible for several portfolio companies:- Internet provider in Siberia region (fixed line internet and IPTV services)- Large inter-regional developer: A well-known player developing residential real estate in Russian regions.- Innovative ad-Tech company: Young and ambitious project includes telecom infrastructure part as well as innovative ad-based business model.

The fund targets $3-5m investments worldwide. Current portfolio includes IT, biomed and technology companies in Russia, US and EU.
