After an enriching and intensive chapter of more than six years at ProfitWell (later acquired by Paddle), where I led teams across Argentina and the US through pivotal technical and growth milestones, I took an eight-month career break to recharge and plan my next steps.

Managed the Retain team (https://www.paddle.com/retain), responsible for developing and operating a market leading dunning solution as a service.

Started managing individual contributors (developers & support engineers) while continued the technical leadership of the Retain team.

Joined the Retain team as technical leader.

Development and maintenance of the www.profitwell.com frontend.

- Development of web app embedded in node-webkit used in kiosk point-of-sales (with printer, RFID reader, bill/coin acceptors, ticket reader). Use of HTML5 APIs to emulate performance (60 fps) and usability of native applications. Micro-services created with NodeJS to decrease backend load.- External logging implemented for helping in the detection of client-side errors- Complete removal of EMBPerl, the old template engine used. - Incorporation of automation tasks with Grunt: linting, testing, building- Repository splitting, using git-submodules and CORS techniques, to allow external teams accessing only few parts of our code- Partial re-factory of the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) process to make it clearer and reduce regression bugs

- Debt listing and bills reprinting web site for local municipality. Developed with AngularJS and deployed with CloudFoundry.- Automation of PDF creation for grain transport requirements.- Design, construction and maintenance of chart tools for university research about user interaction with e-learning platforms (Sakai, Moodle)

- "AngularJS" course. Also dictated at Velocity Partners as part of the VP Coding Club program, for in-house and potential employees.- "HTML5 y CSS3" course.

- Framework/application re-design to support tablet users using responsive views and applying the SPA approach. - SOAP API exposed to allies channels (mostly banks) to increase sale points.- Re-factoring to support multiple risk policies sales at once.- On-line generation of Excel Pivot Tables, through several denormalization tasks. Requested for the Marketing Department for analysis- Fixing the calculus engine to eliminate historical decimal precision differences with AS400- Constant collaboration with the level 3 sustain team
