Responsible for hiring, scaling, building, securing, leading, mentoring and managing all engineers, applications and teams (frontend, backend, mobile team). Created and supported our 3 HIPAA compliant frontend applications, Laravel/PHP API backend, iOS mobile app, and Android mobile app. I was a member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO. Built scalable, redundant multi-region AWS infrastructure utilizing serverless (AWS Lambda) technology (cut costs by over 350%). Scaled platform to effortlessly handle over 7+ million calls a year (Twilio). Developed and architected new features such as an on-call scheduling system, automated transcription using A.I./Machine Learning, etc. Led a complete platform refactor, utilizing industry best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD).
