As a Branch Manager and previously a Fitter at Cooper Fluid Systems, I lead a team of skilled technicians and fitters who provide hydraulic repairs, cylinder rebuilds, grease systems, fire suppression, welding, and breakdown services to our clients. With over 6 years of experience in the fluid power industry, I have a Cert III in mechanical and a Cert IV in fluid power, as well as a certification in leading and working in teams.My mission is to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of our work, as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers. I oversee the daily operations, business management, and supervisory functions of our branch, including budgeting, inventory, scheduling, reporting, and compliance. I also collaborate with other branches and departments to coordinate projects, share best practices, and address issues.
