Sole Owner and Manager – Responsible for the entire operation, management and related profit and loss (mostly loss) of this print shop franchise. Two years of Murphy's Law suffered before I sold this franchise back to the franchiser.

In-House and Field support of the entire line of Konica copiers, fax and high speed laser printers. Developed and implemented numerous product enhancements and modifications, which were eventually incorporated into Konica’s technical training class outline. Created and conducted workshops and seminars to improve the service staff’s troubleshooting and customer relations skills. Trained newly hired field technicians. Received several awards for outstanding achievement.
