•Completed US management reports for CFO, including 100 page monthly financial reporting pack featuring a 12 page hand written explanation regarding financial and operational results. •Prepared annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly mid-month forecasts•Treasury analysis: led a transition to a new bank, reducing Williams Lea’s banking fees by over 30%; established new bank relationships in Mexico, Canada, Brazil, and Argentina to accommodate expanding business.
