I am a Chemical Engineer with a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and a UOP Unicracking Certificate from Honeywell. I have been working as an Operations Chief Engineer at TUPRAS, Turkey's leading oil refinery, since Jul 2018. My core competencies are Process Optimization and Control, ChemCAD, and Aspen HYSYS.At TUPRAS, I oversee the operations of the Lube Oil Complex, which consists of six units that produce base oils, wax, extracts, and bitumen. I also have experience in working with the Hydrocracking and Hydrogen Reforming Units, where I applied my UOP Unicracking and Aspen HYSYS skills to optimize the process performance and efficiency. I am motivated by the challenge of improving the quality and profitability of the products, while ensuring the safety and sustainability of the operations. I value teamwork, innovation, and learning, and I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and partners from different disciplines and backgrounds. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also studied Nuclear Engineering at Национальный Исследовательский Ядерный Университет "МИФИ" in Russia, and I speak Turkish, English, and Russian.
