SOLID Design Proficiency:Applied SOLID design principles in the development of a large-scale agile IVR project. Contributed significantly to creating robust and scalable solutions, gaining hands-on experience that solidified my understanding of software design best practices.2. Enhanced Text-to-Speech Functionality:Led the implementation of a groundbreaking functionality focused on filtering and detecting incoming messages, resulting in the efficient conversion of Text-to-Speech (TTS) audio files. This enhancement significantly improved the overall performance and user experience of the IVR system.3. Data Management and Analysis:Demonstrated proficiency in database management by utilizing DBEaver to extract and organize data from specific tables. Conducted comprehensive data analysis and manipulation using Excel, showcasing a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to handling complex datasets.4.
