Renewals Manager
Current• Consistently exceed quarterly and annual Retention goals• Proactively engage clients with insight-driven content to foster meaningful relationships• Define and evolve renewal strategy in alignment with company priorities• Drive multi-year renewals with expansion, reducing annual administrative burden and ensuring long-term revenue stability• Build and nurture executive partnerships across established clients, collaborating with cross-functional partners to identify risk trends• Drive product adoption and identify up-sell opportunities to expand HireVue's footprint within existing customer accounts• Assist with overall retention plan, forecasting and reporting• Conduct recurring risk mitigation meetings with revenue Leaders at HireVue, working directly with Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations on renewal execution and risk management • Work with CSDs to showcase value realization for the customerLegal, Finance, and Sales Operations on renewal execution and risk management • Consistently evolve renewal strategy to ensure attainment to key initiatives and goals set
