Working at Future Business Systems has provided me with many years of building a wide range of skill sets. Building genuine relationships with colleagues, vendors, and most importantly, customers. My role has encompassed leading the customer relationship team, business development, and more recently, product ownership.Industries that I have worked with include large, medium and small retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, payment vendors, and hardware suppliers.My intention is to always provide my customers with the best practice currently available within their means.Prior to working at Future Business Systems, I experienced working with a large clothing manufacturer and wholesaler. That led me to opening and running my own retail stores in the textile industry.Prior to that was years of work in the hospitality industry working in a 5 star hotel, where service was the be all and end all.
