Part of the Shared Service Center division, specialized in International Recruitment within Finance, Tax&Legal, Human Resources, Marketing, and IT profiles.Additional responsibilities to my previous experience; • Full cycle recruitment of professionals within Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales and IT profiles, • Business development for multinationals and local companies in Barcelona, • Business development for international projects across Europe, • Consulting companies in developing their local strategies in Barcelona and across Spain, • Researching local and European market trends to present the best service for our clients.

• Developing strong relationships with C-Suite and managing a client database,• Lead strategic growth projects and work closely with consultants to drive results,• Analyse data trends and client performance with a team of analysts to identify new business opportunities and prioritize actions,• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our client portfolio, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues,• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies,• Build strong cross-functional relationships with other teams within PageGroup,• Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required,• Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new Consultants on the sales process,• Conducting weekly forecast meetings. Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure,• Managing consultants, defining the learning strategy and recruitment, setting high standard principles based upon key KPI’s and providing likely solutions,• Overseeing monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of consultants’ financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals,• Generating leads, chasing feedback, pushing for the next assignment and cross selling,• Headhunting efforts; assessment and selection of the short listed candidates up to presentation and negotiation management of offered package.
