During the pandemic, MAXAIR's employment was primarily remote and based in Chicago. I conducted in-person, video, and phone sessions to teach and demonstrate new PPE items to hospitals and internal staff; along with scheduling appointments and events for staff. After that, I would get user reviews and product feedback. In order to introduce and find new accounts and clients, I helped with sales and prospecting activities. If a nearby hospital needed the products right away and I had limited supplies available, I would deliver them.

The neuroscience program focuses on children's exposure to certain hormones in the womb and how that can impact their development after birth. For my internship, I developed data dictionaries to refer to during research projects for more concise information. I also used techniques to analyze and interpret survey data in Excel and built various reports the parents of the children studied provided. Weekly reports and audits were conducted, along with identifying any data issues. I was also tasked with the organization and scoring of questionaries taken by participants' children in a study.

I frequently helped consumers with design advice and suggestions. The sheer amount of various preferences and requests made by consumers would motivate me to develop my interpersonal and problem-solving skills. I routinely distributed online orders and refilled the sales floor.
