About Florian Egger, Phd

I have over 20 years of experience as a UX consultant and educator, passionate about creating strategic and human-centred design solutions. My goal is to connect businesses and non-profit organizations with their end users, helping them achieve their growth objectives.As the Founder and Director of Telono, a UX research and design agency specialized in multilingual and international user research projects, I lead a team of experts in user research and interaction design. We help our clients implement a user-centred design process, from user research and UX strategy to interaction design and user testing.In addition to my consulting work, I also share my knowledge as a Lecturer in Human-Computer Interaction at EPFL and as a Content Editor and Trainer for the international UX-PM certification, where I teach best practices and industry trends to both experienced and aspiring UX professionals.I have also co-authored a book chapter on international field user research and published my PhD thesis on trust issues in e-commerce.My mission is to promote the value and importance of UX in the digital world.
