Management of:- User Active Directory Domain Services- User password: password reset due to expiry/forgot password, password locked due to miss/wrong type password- VPN Access- AntiVirus update on Client/server- Hardware & software issue- IT Request (VPN access, New User ID, E-Mail, Internet Access, Shared Folder, Desktop/Laptop)- HQ Application Request- Internal Application Request (SAP)- Recording all service management client’s incidents (Software & Hardware)- Support problem solving incident/issue/requirement from Users- Troubleshoot & fixing any incident such as E-Mail problem, Printer, Internet Access, Software problem, Projector, etc- Monitoring and make sure all PC users aren’t installed with unlicensed software- Manage Administrator Privileges (Desktop, Laptop, Industrial PC)- Manage USB blocking on all Production PC- Manage Sticker Label Asset List - Provide Weekly IT Report (Services area)- Ensure all PC include Desktop, Laptop, IPC have AntiVirus installed and updated- Perform as the administrator for E-Mail system including create New User, email Group, Address Book, integration to Foxmail Client and WeChat.- Perform Windows Security update- Perform IT Security sharing- Setting the tapping card used for absent bus pick-up Manage and maintain:- IT Asset Distribution- Ensure all assets have been labeled- Configure and distribute asset as businees needs- Procurement of IT Assets & Spare Parts- Upgrade Laptop Parts (SSD & RAM) for laptops that are more than 5 years old- Replacing the CCTV UPS Battery that has been damaged- Replacement of Laptop with New Laptop for employees who received Laptop more than 5 years- Check damaged CCTV and what the vendor has repaired.- Coordinate with the vendor if there is a CCTV that needs to be fixed.- Replace damaged CCTV Swtich.

I worked as an IT STAFF at PT Multi Usage Indonesia for 9 months, during my work at the company I have created a Supplier barcode website made with html, php, css, javascript and mysql database, I am also working on IT Assets projects with Delphi 10, I am fast learning and have troubleshooting skills, I also install software and hardware, set up new computers for users, set up online and offline printers, work on cctv and network projects for PT.MUI's new building. Basic Setting of Access Point and Mikrotik, add User on Fingerprint, installation of Cctv, Poe, Switch hub, setting NVR. I also manage IT assets and request IT needs and computer needs for users.
