Sustain the certification of the Program in CE as a consolidated with CONACyT4. Promote the incorporation of students in projects of Research to strengthen their professional training and to form new cadres of researchers.5. To attend and guide graduate students in the procedures for modifying their activities, programs, program changes, revalidation of subjects, graduation procedures, revocation of inactivity and any other academic issue related to students.6. Integrate the proposals for academic requests, academies, professors and students that must be presented at the meetings of College, prepare the corresponding records, follow up on the school agreements and student’s requests, as well as Coordinate the works and commissions emanating therefrom. 7. Collaborate with the College of professors, the calendars of meetings of the college, the academic calendars and the conclusion of requests from faculty members and students.

•Structural audits include a comprehensive check of buildings and premises, including: Verification of Load Conditions, Evaluation of the Structural System of the Building, Detection of Structural Defects, Damages, Distress, Deformation or Deterioration, Plan and Alignment Check, Assessing Maintenance and Exposure to Aggressive Environment, Other Structural Surveys and Checks. Additionally, Fire Safety Check (optional) and/or Electrical Safety Check (optional). The findings of all structural audits are presented in a detailed report that includes an assessment of the current condition and suggestions for appropriate repairs and retrofitting measures.
