I am passionate about helping clients preserve and create value in distressed or crisis situations. My expertise is in restructuring, managed exits and insolvency where I have led multiple complex and high profile assignments including cross border recoveries and investigations. I have also been involved in numerous shareholder and corporate dispute matters and the sale of NPLs for financial institutions. In my capacity as a Receiver & Manager and Liquidator, I have operated large scale businesses in a wide range of industries including manufacturing companies, property developers, palm oil cultivation & mills and a K-12 international school. My other roles at Deloitte include being a trainer, coach and an Ethics Advocacy Officer.I am a licensed and approved Liquidator. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Members of both the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Malaysia (IPAM). I write and am involved in speaking engagements on restructuring and insolvency related topics.Outside of work, I am husband and a dad to two girls. A fitness enthusiast. I also play in a band and am a vocalist, guitarist and a drummer.
