I worked on two projects for this company. Developed an RPA solution using Robot Framework, configured to launch periodically based on a preset schedule. The RPA retrieves documents from a government website, verifies their accuracy, and saves them in a designated folder with appropriately formatted filenames. In subsequent steps, the RPA sends these documents via email. Each run processes approximately 200 documents in about two hours, saving an estimated 16 hours of manual workload.

I took part in the development of automated verification using the Robot Framework.

As a QA Engineer at Orion Innovation, I developed and executed test cases for telecommunications projects. Noticing a teamwork issue in tracking work progress that caused miscommunication and inefficiencies, I took the initiative to create a progress-tracking matrix using MS Excel. This matrix enabled effective monitoring of project status and streamlined team progress updates to stakeholders, improving collaboration and ensuring project success.

As a QA Engineer at Sensus Aero, I contributed to the development of the Sensus MRO application, successfully delivering around 1,500 test cases to ensure compliance with software quality standards.

I have established the Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) section in the Lithuanian Armed Forces. This unit contributes to the observation of the security situation in the region by providing imagery intelligence products derived from satellite imagery. The results of my led team were highly acknowledged and positively feedbacked by the NATO intelligence community. Our small team was considered as a good example to follow for other countries developing or planning to develop the IMINT asset.

I was in charge of ensuring that all aerodrome installations and flight safety rules were in compliance with both ICAO and NATO regulations. I played a key role in the preparation of the emergency plan for the Šiauliai aerodrome, making sure it was available in both Lithuanian and English.I also organized the annual "Griausmas 2015" training exercise, where an aircraft accident was simulated to test the effectiveness of the emergency plan. The exercise included participation from the ambulance, police, city hospital, air traffic control, civilian administration and municipality.Additionally, I was responsible for preparing and coordinating the local operating procedures for the Šiauliai military aerodrome, ensuring smooth interactions during extra procedures such as hot brakes, hydrazine activation, drag chute drop, and guns active. This involved working closely with the Civilian Aviation Administration and SE Oro Navigacija.Finally, I led the Šiauliai aerodrome certification process, collecting all necessary documentation, reviewing and editing them, and presenting them to the Transport Competence Agency. Due to my efforts, the aerodrome was successfully certified for civil and military flights for the next 5 years on the first attempt.

Managed a Precision Approach Radar Control section that provides guidance to pilots during landings in adverse weather conditions. Recognized a lack of real flights to maintain controllers' qualifications. Solved this problem by programming Precision Approach Radar Simulator and connecting it to Microsoft Flight Simulator. This "homemade" simulator maintained specialists' qualifications and reduced stress during real aircraft control leading to fewer errors.

I was responsible for preparing the Precision Approach Radar Control section, both theoretically and practically. I was actively involved in the planning of training processes and established partnerships with Antanas Gustaitis Aviation Institute and the Air Traffic Control School of the Belgian Air Component, where the specific training for Precision Approach Radar controllers was provided.

I received training in providing lateral and vertical guidance to aircraft pilots to help them safely land in adverse weather conditions.I served multiple deployments in Afghanistan, where I was responsible to manage an Aerodrome Support Section. My duties in general involved managing the loading and unloading of cargo on aircraft, refueling of both planes and helicopters and maintaining the safety of an airfield. Furthermore, I provided air traffic control services for aircraft operating within the airfield's flight service zone.

Being in command of the Airspace surveillance radar personnel was nothing extraordinary, but it presented a great challenge for a graduate of the Military Academy. Personnel possessed exceptional expertise and some of my subordinates were old enough to be my father. Later was proud of myself that I was able to adopt a suitable approach to all of my subordinates. Despite the strict hierarchy prevalent in the Armed forces I implemented a flat management style for this unit and this management gave good results in communication and overall results of the unit.
