At the end of 2014 the company moved its headquarter in the US and the platform is currently available in Italy and the US.As Chief Product Officer my responsibility is to define and lead the product strategy, positioning and development together with the delivery to direct customers.Being the US our primary market I have spent most of my time evangelising prospect customers, partners and investors in the US. Together with the rest of the top management team I have collaborated to craft, hone and execute the company’s strategy. It is currently focused on a number of localised services, providing customised mobile experience to end users.As Chief Operating Officer, my responsibility was to deliver consistent projects and product on-time, on-budget and continuously improving the efficiency and the quality of the final product. It was, as well, to drive constant innovation, develop edge technology in a market that is currently growing at its highest pace. Over the course of 2013 we have reengineered our platform into an exceptional product that has outperformed all of our expectations. In order to sustain this effort and extend our market reach we decided to move our headquarter in the US and establish our presence in a much bigger market.My responsibility was to handle most of the operational and technical conversations with potential new investors and support the newly formed US management team.As part of this move, the COO position shifted to the US and I have taken the role of Chief Product Officer, tightening my focus on the product and its positioning.

PGM is building a global footprint around Talent Management & Live Events - It owns one of the world's largest modelling agencies ELITE MODEL WORLD; China’s largest music company, GOLD TYPHOON, and BABELGUM, an indie online and mobile video platform. PGM has offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Milan and London. As the group structure started to consolidate, I became the Group CTO with the responsibilities of driving the development of innovative technologies as well as coordinating the IT structures across all the companies within the group. Accordingly, these responsibilities lead to the development of a number of technologies in order to extend the reach of our customer base, drive the integration of the different entities and branch offices through an integration process within their technologies and to develop strategic technical assets to optimise revenue-related activities for the group.
