Current• Oversee the ticket operations for all SUM events, including the Mexico US Tour, Copa America 2024, Concacaf Gold Cup, Concacaf Nations League Finals, MLS All-Star Game, MLS Cup, Campeones Cup, etc. totaling over 50 matches per year with over two million total fans in attendance (2024)• Monitor sales for all SUM controlled soccer matches via TM1 and Amplify and update data dashboards to easily assess sales based on price level or inventory remaining daily• Circulate daily sales and… Show more • Oversee the ticket operations for all SUM events, including the Mexico US Tour, Copa America 2024, Concacaf Gold Cup, Concacaf Nations League Finals, MLS All-Star Game, MLS Cup, Campeones Cup, etc. totaling over 50 matches per year with over two million total fans in attendance (2024)• Monitor sales for all SUM controlled soccer matches via TM1 and Amplify and update data dashboards to easily assess sales based on price level or inventory remaining daily• Circulate daily sales and financial information with the internal SUM team and executives including comparisons to previous matches, traffic trends and sales by location analysis• Manage all internal inventory and allocate tickets to teams, players, internal departments, sponsors, broadcasting, media trade, etc. on a per game basis; Upwards of 220,000 tickets managed internally (2024)• Analyze historical data from previous matches in the same/similar markets to advise on pricing and inventory availability• Serve as the main point of contact for the NFL, MLS and Stadium Box Offices throughout the manifest build, presale, on-sale, and event day to ensure a successful match, both attendance-wise and financially• Align with supporters groups across the country and internationally to build supporters sections at every match under qualifiers and discreet links to ensure protected purchasing• Elevate match exposure by partnering with brokers to integrate inventory on the secondary market and receive buyer data• Collaborate daily with the marketing team to assess sales and traffic to primary and secondary ticketing platforms and marketing/promotion plans going forward• Implement the transitioning of paper tickets to mobile for all SUM international events, MLS All Star and MLS Cup; including sponsors, supporters groups and internal department comps in 2019, and the transition to mobile ticketing for all fans in attendance in 2021• Prepare and organize will call and box offices for all SUM events Show less
