𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦📈 Elevated the investment strategy’s efficacy by introducing upgraded performance analytics capabilities for trends in returns and performance of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. 📈 Pioneered using investment-level performance returns with Yardi’s investment return codes for marketing track records. 📈 Delivered insight on the portfolio-wide performance drivers from curated data extracted from the state-of-the-art analytics platform to the management team for strategic decision-making. 📈 Stewarded the adoption of GIPS 2020 Standards and the movement of assets from non-core to core composite as the chair of Performance Oversight Committee. 📈 Created advanced econometric models to predict market fundamentals and investment returns across metropolitan markets and property types for strategic asset allocations.
