Product Owner, Annata 365 for Finance and Operations (Annata Dynamics IDMS).Annata 365 for Finance and Operations is a certified vertical ERP solution for automotive dealers and importers in the automotive and equipment industries. The solution is built on top of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, and has evolved in collaboration with customers alongside the transition from on-premise to cloud, as part of the product evolution through Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0, 2009, 2012, and currently Dynamics 365.As a product owner, I've been responsible for the general success of Annata 365 for F&O. Responsibilities and activities include e.g.- Ownership and management of the product backlog and release plan- Team organization and product development methodology- Determining an appropriate product release strategy, for version releases and updates, along with a product lifecycle policy- Feature design and research- Partner collaboration and pre-sales activites- Creation and implementation of a product documentation platform- Mobile ERP companion apps; Mobile Mechanic and Sales Advisor.- Collaboration with Microsoft's R&D team and involvement in ISV workshops- Etc.
