Some of my responsabilities are the following: - I manage our EIC Accelerator project HCAI4ALL with a grant value of €2.5 million (running from Jan 2023 to Dec 2024) - I manage operations for our Barcelona office (currently a team of 10 and growing)- I share responsability in implementing Abzu's Information security management system for ISO27001 compliance. - I'm in charge of leading Abzu's ESG efforts- I frequently evaluate requests to participate in innovation initiatives (grants and proposals) and lead Abzu's contribution to such efforts together with other colleagues.

Starlab provides advanced solutions integrating satellite-derived Earth Observation data together with other types of data, to create products and services of added value for decision-making in different sectors. Our products and services provide solutions to a wide variety of sectors, including agriculture, smart city solutions, marine environment, hydropower sector, real estate, among others. My job as a Project Manager at Starlab covers the following tasks: - Contributing and managing FP7, H2020 and ESA projects that Starlab participates in, being the interface between the research activities we undertake and the external representation of this work. The projects I have worked on are: GRAAL (FP7), ASIMUTH (FP7), AQUAMAR (FP7), WeSenseIt (FP7), MyOcean2, Groundruth2.0 (H2020), Intogener (ESA), Owasis (ESA), PROGIREG (H2020), CSEOL (ESA), etc. The areas of knowledge covered by these projects are: citizen science, marine monitoring with EO products, watershed management, Nature based solutions, business development, smart agricultural monitoring, innovative funding of projects. - Conceptual design and writing of proposals to different funding bodies (ESA, FP7, H2020, EIP-EcoInnovation, among others)- Maintaining contact in networks relevant to Starlab's areas of activity, as well as supporting business development activities within the unit.- Carrying out mentoring activities on EO data through our role in the CSEOL (Citizen Science Earth Observation Lab), an ESA project aimed at fast-tracking innovative projects.

As a country expert she was responsible for designing and implementing the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the impact of rural development policy through country-wide programme analysis and a case study in Andalucía for which 40 interviews and 2 focus groups were organized and held following the MAPP methodology.
