In my recent most role of Warehouse Manager with Encore Boston Harbor by WYNN Resorts, I am responsible for designing and implementing management process across entire business while serving as integral member of pre-opening team. I am tasked with slashing operational costs and improve efficiencies in delivering inbound / outbound goods and I also restructured three offsite warehouses totaling 250K sq. ft. I also leverage ERP BirchStreet system to streamline onsite / offsite operations and inventory control.
