About Egi Troka
I am passionate about helping businesses at every stage, from ideation to profit. I empower businesses with my blend of legal and business acumen, coupled with practical tech solutions. I have been innovating the business of law since 2018 when I was one of the founding members of the Conflict Analytics Lab, and developed legal tech tools. As an antitrust lawyer, I built expertise in M&A, regulatory investigations, and marketing and advertising law. Currently at ClearyX, a legal tech startup, I am building a RegTech platform from 0 to 1, piloting AI tools, and using software to streamline M&A work.I love being a part of the startup community, whether through listening to product demos and offering my feedback, speaking at conferences, or being involved in the ABA Antitrust AI Task Force. I'm happy to connect with founders, startups, law students & lawyers doing law differently.
