I am passionate about helping businesses at every stage, from ideation to profit. I empower businesses with my blend of legal and business acumen, coupled with practical tech solutions. I have been innovating the business of law since 2018 when I was one of the founding members of the Conflict Analytics Lab, and developed legal tech tools. As an antitrust lawyer, I built expertise in M&A, regulatory investigations, and marketing and advertising law. Currently at ClearyX, a legal tech startup, I am building a RegTech platform from 0 to 1, piloting AI tools, and using software to streamline M&A work.I love being a part of the startup community, whether through listening to product demos and offering my feedback, speaking at conferences, or being involved in the ABA Antitrust AI Task Force.
