Scheduled and supervised daily activities, logistics, and trips for 40+ campers aged 5-15. Led a team of six 16-17 year old staff members in scheduling, wellness, and career development. Communicated with year-round kitchen staff; planned and shopped for 3 meals a day, managing ordering from suppliers and leading shifts. Collaborated and communicated with my team on leading the entire staff in orientation and daily activities. Rose to this position after two summers on staff as the youngest person on leadership.
