Responsible for all Operation Christmas Child activity in the Region, ensuring that aggressive growth goals in key areas and strategic program objectives are met to increase both shoeboxes and volunteer engagement. Supervises and spiritually shepherds both a staff team and hundreds of high-level volunteers to further the ministry of Operation Christmas.

Mid Atlantic Region, USA

Coordinating with the Regional Director of the Mid Atlantic Region to implement strategic plans and initiatives in the areas of office health, prayer, volunteer relations, church relations, community relations, media relations, logistics and operations. Recruiting, selecting, equipping (training), leading, and developing year-round leader volunteers.

I was tasked with oversight of the U.S. Dream Academy's mentorship component. This involved the creation and implementation of an infrastructure that aligned with our de-centralized site-based structure. In addition, I was a resource in the recruitment, retention and optimalization of the volunteer mentors in our 10 sites. Finally, I was responsible to.

Facilitated the advising and retention of the undergraduate student population.

Supported and facilitated the transfer student admissions process which involved communicating through written and verbal means to incoming transfer students, processing application materials, and streamlining interdepartmental processes. Conducted admission interviews to determine the student’s fit to the university and developed a new interview format.
